STATEMENT ON MR. WOO SEOK LEE’S SENIORS AWARDS
“On October 30, 2021, Woo Seok Lee, President of Korean War Veterans Association (KWVA) Western Canada Chapter, was awarded the Seniors Award from the BC Cultural Diversity Society (BCCDA).
“The BC Cultural Diversity Society honours seniors (80 years +) who have contributed to Canadian Society in meaningful ways. They are true leaders and inspiration to all of us to serve our community through helping others. Since 2018, 10 seniors from various ethnocultural communities are annually awarded the Seniors award in celebration of
Seniors Day (October 1st).
