OTTAWA, ON – The Honourable Yonah Martin, Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate applauds the Conservative Government on the 2014 Economic Action Plan.
“This is our Conservative Government’s tenth budget since 2006. Over that period, our country has been confronted by some unprecedented global economic challenges from beyond our borders. In good times and bad though, we have never strayed from our commitment to strengthen our economy for all Canadians, and the determination to see our plan through without raising taxes. This year’s budget focus on moving forward and providing Canadians with the opportunities they need to succeed as individuals so that we can succeed as a community and country,” said Senator Martin.
